Here are some tips for logging into your Gray Box Mobile account.

The phone or tablet must have a Wifi or cellular data connection.
Your username is a combination of the username and company identifier, similar to an email address but without the “.com”. For example, TEST@GBSTL
 Your username is not case sensitive
Your password is case sensitive.
If your company administrator has recreated your Geotab account, they may need to contact us to re-link your account.
