Sydney began her career in fleet services in 2021 as a Customer Services Representative, a role that quickly transitioned into a Geotab Products Specialist due to her passion for the product and dedication to her customers. Over the past three years, she has played a key role in building and managing a products and services department, collaborating with fleets of all sizes to help them identify the right products and value-added services to meet their specific and unique needs. Sydney is committed to supporting customers throughout their entire fleet journey— starting from account setup and onboarding to user training and ongoing support.

With over 15 years of customer service experience and a strong enthusiasm for Geotab products, providing exceptional service is always her top priority. Through continuous training and professional development, Sydney is passionate about helping companies grow by finding tailored solutions and leveraging the latest technology to achieve their fleet goals.

When Sydney isn’t immersed in all things Geotab, she enjoys traveling and exploring the world around her. She loves expressing her creative side, whether it’s through home décor, crafts or making vision boards. She enjoys unwinding in the world of Skyrim or indulging in the classics like Spyro and Mario Party, or the occasional zombie game. Her favorite moments are spent with friends and family, enjoying board games and sharing laughter while sipping a glass of wine or hand-crafted cocktail.
